Getting fall behind when landscaping and it can set you back a lot especially if you’re not careful and working fast enough. This can cause you to lose work and customers might find other people to do you’re work you couldn’t do.
Falling behind can cause you to fail to meet dead lines and make you not get the work done to move on to get more work done. This is bad because not working fast will keep you at the job site for a long time not allowing you to finish it and cause you’re time to be consumed there.
Using older equipment or not having proper equipment can slow you down. Also not knowing how to use the equipment or using it to slow can set you back. Using old equipment can slow you down because they may work slower and could also be dull. Using newer equipment is the better idea when trying to have work get done the fastest. Newer equipment is more expensive but can save you lots of time and get work done faster.
Not having enough employees or employees not showing up or working to slow can set you back awhile. This is very bad because when you don’t have any help to have you get the work you need so get done won’t be getting done without help. Doing work by yourself can take 500% longer than if you had workers to help you finish working. Employees really expensive but can save you a lot of money in the long run with having you’re work be done faster and more efficient.
